Autoctona uses professional filtration systems, small to medium in size, designed for wineries seeking operational efficiency and maximum respect for the wine. The equipment allows precise process control, minimizing mechanical stress on the wine and preserving its qualitative characteristics.

Jumbo filtration is suitable for wines that are already stable and have good clarity, and is used for targeted interventions at specific production stages. Cross-flow filtration is a more advanced technology, suitable for wines with a higher colloidal or microbiological load, and enables deeper, more controlled filtration. The choice of technology is always based on the wine’s characteristics and the needs of the production project.

Standard utilities are required, mainly electricity and water. Any specific requirements are assessed in advance during the planning phase to ensure an orderly operation without unforeseen issues.

As the equipment is highly technologically efficient, no operational support is required from the client, ensuring maximum safety and process control.

Autoctona prioritizes on-site operations within the client’s winery, to work under the most suitable conditions and with the utmost respect for the wine. In the case of specific needs or real logistical limitations, the service can also be provided in a mobile format, while maintaining the same quality and operational standards.

Under standard conditions, the filtration service is scheduled and carried out on average within 30 days from confirmation of the intervention and verification of the availability of the wine and the required documentation. Timelines take into account the technical and quality checks required before and after filtration. Any urgent or specific needs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The required documentation is straightforward and largely prepared and pre-filled by Autoctona. Signed quotations and subcontracting agreements are required, along with any documentation related to specific certifications and the documents required by workplace safety regulations. Clients are supported at every stage to ensure clarity and speed.
