The withdrawal process begins as soon as the customer’s order is received. Using dedicated software, the order is processed and transmitted in real time to the warehouse operators, who carry out the picking task until the pallet, case, or individual bottle is prepared and labeled for shipment. This process ensures accuracy, traceability, and fast order fulfillment.

Yes, it is possible to collect items directly from the warehouse, subject to prior arrangement and scheduling. This ensures an orderly management of operations and full compliance with safety procedures, protecting both the staff and the customers.
